Received an email from Bill at UpNorthAviation yesterday that my panel was cut and shipped.
Anyone looking to have the panel cut, Bill does some great work. After 3 drawings in CAD, we got it right and I'm happy with the layout. Highly recommended and reasonable!
The bottom left hole is for the GTX327 transponder and the SL40 comm radio. The middle bottom is the Airgizmo dock for the G496 GPS. The bottom right is the VP-100 control panel and then the PMA5000 audio panel on the top.
On the top row is the D180 FlightDek in the middle, HS34 to the left, A/S, and then the compass to the left of that. The AP74 is to the right followed with the altimeter and a G meter.
It may be tight for switches on the bottom row, but I have some room above the SL40 for a few panel indicator lights that I will installl. I have a couple of micro switches for the baggage door and the canopy. When they are open, the light will activate.
